Collagen Casing Clear 32mm
The fill diameter is 32mm. These casings are stronger than fresh casings but have a thinner wall. Having a lighter wall weight gives the sausage a more tender bite. This casing is used to make bratwursts, fresh or smoked sausage, and Italian sausage. One 60 ft long casing will stuff 27lbs of meat.
These casings are made from processed collagen.
Fits 1/2" O.D. tube or smaller.
Comes with one 60ft casing. Also available in packs of five and ten.
