Collagen Casing Clear 24mm
The fill diameter is 24mm. These casings are stronger than fresh casings but have a thinner wall. Having a lighter wall weight gives the sausage a more tender bite. This casing is used to make hot dogs, snack sticks and breakfast sausage. One 80 ft long casing will stuff 18lbs of meat.
These casings are made from processed collagen.
Fits 1/2" O.D. tube or smaller.
Comes with one 80ft casing. Also available in packs of five and ten.
