Collagen Casing Mahogany 32mm
The fill diameter is 32mm. These casings are stronger than fresh casings but have a thinner wall. Having a lighter wall weight gives the sausage a more tender bite. This casing is used to make snack sticks and breakfast links. One 50 ft long casing will stuff 27lbs of meat.
These casings are made from processed collagen.
Fits 1/2" O.D. tube or smaller.
Comes with one 50ft casing. Also available in packs of five and ten.
